The color is a deeper ruby with purple hues. The flower is moderately accentuated, floral, elegant, smells of ripe, red fruit and vanilla. In the mouth, the wine is dry, with a velvety texture and tamed acids, which is not so simple with Barbera. Not a very big wine, but complete and rounded.
Pairing with food: beef, game, venison, prosciutto.
