Bjana Blanc de Noir is the first Slovenian white sparkling wine from Pinot Noir. Although as Brut rose it is grown from Pinot Noir, it is not pink in color. According to the sugar level, it falls into the category of extra brut (very dry). The sparkling wine has matured on yeast for 36 months and is produced exclusively from 2017 grapes, so it has the Millesime 2017 label.
