Maceration: 14 days of maceration at natural temperature, fermentation with own yeasts
Maturation: 4 years in 500 l used barrels
Blaž belo (Blaž blanc) is our rich variety of rebula, chardonnay, pinot blanc and sauvignonasse. It is produced only in the best vintages and from the best grapes. It is of an intense and dense amber colour with rich, complex and subtle bouquet reminiscent of dried fruits – apples, citrus peel and raisins, and notes of dried flower, roasted almonds and butter. Its taste is elegantly bold, intense and very harmonious with a warm long-lasting aftertaste. The wine has a great potential for aging.
