Maturation: 12 months in barriques, 12 months in French oak barrels
Medium deep ruby red. Very spicy in a bouquet that is medium highlighted and ripe. Black pepper, dried herbs, ripe red and black fruits. Very nicely intertwined, varied. It is dry, ripe in the mouth, the spicy charge is also abundant in the mouth and is the dominant perception throughout the tasting, although it leaves the stage with other aromas. The acids are moderately high, there are not many tannins and they are ripe. Very nice cabernet franc. We really want even more of them in Brda.
Parring with food: mutton, grilled fish, steak.
