Variety: 70% pinot blanc, 20% malvasia, 10% zelen
Maceration: 3-5 days
Maturation: 12 months in oak barrels/ stainless steel barrels
Carefully with a lot of care, hard work and selection through the year we pick up full matured grapes in the harvest time, macerated for 3 -5 days and then fermented in oak barrels and stainless steel barrels for 12 months.
In the cellar with less touch as possible we follow nature idea of wine. Through the whole year no sulfide was added. The wine is unfiltrated and a minimum amount of sulfide was added just before bottling.
On the nose, a subtle exoticism of passion fruit is perceptible, which is accompanied by a touch of herbal spices and a hint of yoghurt. On the palate, aromas of ripe apricot and forest honey , caramel and almond are added. The acidity is finley citrusy and very well integrated. The finish is medium long and leaves a positive overall impression. It goes very well with white meat, pasta – and vegetable dishes, asia food and cheese . Serve at 10- 12°C. In the glass it presents a medium straw yellow color with golden reflections and medium viscosity.
Wine is unfiltrated.
