Wine region: Goriška brda
Variety: 50-70% chardonnay; 30-50% ribolla
Maturation: 7-8 aging in barrique oak barrels, 42 months on yeast

The colour is delicate, golden yellow. The bubbles are small and numerous. The smell is ripe, slightly more intense, fine. Dominant are aromas of bread, hazelnuts, oak and spices. It is dry in the mouth, a stronger body for sparkling wine and with beautiful, ripe acids. The texture of bubbles is oily, character in the mouth is even more complex than on the nose.
