Cviček is reddish wine, protected and produced only in Slovenia in wine district Dolenjska. It is a special production, because winemakers they don’t mix grapes, they mix wines red and white. We have rules wtitten about production, some of the wines winemakers have to put in and some of the wines winemakers can put in. Cviček is very light and fresh wine with low alchocol ftom 8.5% alc min and 10.00% alc max. This wine is not for ageing.
The smell is gentle, but beautifully weird, especially for cviček. In addition to red fruits, which are necessary for every Cviček, we can also find some spices and floral aromas. Wine is dry in the mouth, with high acidity.
