A wine of golden yellow color with green hues and a rich body, predicted by slowly creeping srags along the walls of the glass. Convincing scent, with emphasis on flowering shrubs (blackthorn, blackthorn, hawthorn) and herbs. In the mouth, enigmatic, multi-layered, grassy and fruity, honey and mineral, with a long aftertaste in which we feel the bread crust as well as the biscuit dough.
Vinification: manual harvesting, 2-3 hours of maceration, fermentation in stainless steel, maturation in barrique for one year
Parring with food: an ideal companion for medium-aged prosciutto and pancetta, an excellent companion for herbal dishes, meat dishes and seafood dishes, as well as medium-ripe cheeses.
