Wine region: Goriška Brda
Variety: 60% pinot noir, 40% pinot grigio
Maceration: 12 hours – classic, controlled fermentation
Maturation: 6 months on the yeast, 2 years in bottles
The wine is a gentle salmon color with vibrant foaming. The bouquet is quite youthful, fresh, but there are notes of ripening. Smells like reddish fruit, slightly firn. In the mouth, the wine is dry, smells like wild strawberries, foaming is pleasant, and the acids are moderate. We find some more perceptions of yeast and bread. Beautifully crafted, delicious sparkling rose that is exactly what it wants to be. Pleasant, made youthful sparkling wine, which offers something more.
Parring with food: crabs, fish, shellfish.
