Variety: 100% cabernet sauvignon
Vinification: Fermentation 60% in cement 40% in steel with the addition of selected yeasts.
Maturation: At least 18 months, 70% in steel and 30% in oak barrels (barrique)
Intense garnet red wine with purple hues. The aroma is richly impregnated with fruit aromas that evoke typical forest fruits: blueberries, raspberries, blackberries. The aroma with a hint of black pepper is also reminiscent of classic red fruits such as plums and cherries. The short maturation in the wood gives the wine a greater balance, which emphasizes its structure. The taste in the mouth is full, warm, elegantly tannic, which leaves a fruity and spicy aftertaste.
Paring with food: The wine goes great with all dishes. It is best combined with main dishes based on red meat and venison. It also goes well with aged cheeses and meats.
