Penina Emanuela SEC is a dry, golden-yellow sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon varieties, produced according to the classic method. Sparkling wine has been maturing in bottles in contact with yeast for 10 years. This is precisely why it has calm tiny bubbles, a sophisticated matured bouquet with notes of toasted bread, honey, and a full and rounded taste. It is produced on the same basis as EMANUELA BRUT, but with a higher level of sugar. It is very suitable for lovers of sweeter sparkling wines.
The wine is served chilled at 4-6 °C.
