Deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is intense, ripe. Salinity, cut grass and tomato leaf sauvignonassa predominate in the bouquet. Dry in the mouth, bold, the character is more intense, and the acids are moderate. Warm in the mouth, with enough aroma to break through the abundance of structure. Very warm, with a surprisingly long finish.
Pairing with food: venison, grilled fish, steak.
