The wine is opaque, after six years they still know the purple colors. The bouquet is intense, monolithic, smells of dried herbs, black pepper, chocolate, coffee and dessert. In the mouth, the wine is dry, the acids are high but ripe, there is quite a lot of tannins, they are not exactly flexible, but they are ripe. A very distinctive style of refosco, with an abundance of intensity in the mouth, where the character is very similar to the perceptions on the bouquet. Uncompromising and solid.
Food matching: venison, barbecue, steak.
