The wine is medium deep golden yellow in color. The bouquet is accentuated, youthful, smells of grapefruit, sage, Mediterranean spices, quite varied. In the mouth, the wine is dry, strong and of lower acids. Apparently the full ripeness of the grapes was sought, which is obvious in the taste. Full, warm wine. If you don’t like acids and like a full aromatic charge, this one will be for you. Uncompromising but crafted Malvasia.
