Soft lemon colors. The flower is quite discreet, but pleasant, on the fruity side of the aromatic spectrum. Lemon, lime. Dry in the mouth, medium body, moderate acidity. The taste in the mouth is calm. Pleasant wine.
Pairing with food: grill, salad, cured meats.
