Boris’s tip: Great with mussels in sauce made of garlic and white wine (but not this one of course – put some cheap wine in sauces).
Jazbine is a straw yellow wine with golden hues. It boasts a dense texture. Perceptions of ripe fruit, apples, ripe pears, tropical fruits and notes of flowers intertwine on the nose. It is very soft and warm in the mouth with a lot of freshness, which is rounded off in a slightly spicy finish. It pairs well with pasta and risotto with mussels.
