One and a half day of cold maceration (10°C), protected from oxygen. Yellow-straw color. The nose is complex with aromas of white flowers, tropical fruit, passionfruit, peach and a hint of tomato leaves. The mouthfeel is round, fresh and off-dry with nice medium, mineral finish.
