Olfactory and gustative features: On the nose the wine has a broad, very complex and characteristic bouquet with hints of nutmeg, peach in syrup and apricot. On the palate it is reminiscent of tropical fruit, very persistent, mineral, fine and harmonious.
Pairing with food: suitable for cheeses, including mature ones, fried fish, lobster and white meats.
