Made as a fresh wine, our Malvazija is crafted using the crio-maceration process. The grapes are destemed and crushed folowing a 12-24h period of skin contact. After pressing it is clarified using natural sedimentation and finaly fermented at controled temperature of 14-18°C. Rich in aroma and flavour with a golden straw color. The nose is fruity with peaches, acaccia,honney and floral notes. The taste is full, fresh with a well incorporated acidity.
The wine is certified ORGANIC and VEGAN
