Medium deep golden yellow color. The bouquet is highlighted, varietal, with nutmeg, cinnamon, bananas, dried apricots. Beautiful variety, youthful. Dry mouth, medium body, moderate acidity. Intense flavor with some oily texture. A hint of bitterness on leaving.
Parring with food: fish, grilled fish, shellfish.
