Boris’s tip: When you smell it think about peaches. Great feeling!
The wine is pale yellow in color. In the nose we feel delicate herbal and floral aromas, lime, vineyard peach. In the mouth, this Malvasia is more complex than expected. Pleasant acids, ripe citrus, white peach, ripe white cherry. The next moment we feel some herbal spiciness and a pleasant saltiness. It all ends in a rather long aftertaste. Definitely, this wine is a fine example of Malvasia, which is fermented without the addition of commercial yeasts and, in my opinion, perfectly displays Malvasia as a variety.
