Malvazija Klasik Mihelj

Appearance-color: Clear wine, yellowish color with soft straw shades.

Smell: The aroma of the wine is complex, initially gently floral, honey and fruity. Reminds of ripe green apple, vineyard peach, gentle notes of actinidia and lychee, floral aroma acacia and elderflower, bread crust, biscuit with powdered sugar. The finish of the aroma it is mineral intertwined with a bouquet of Mediterranean herbs and a pinch of tarragon.

Taste and general impression: The taste is slightly oily, juicy, still fresh, with a long aftertaste. Aroma in the taste is floral after a bouquet of white flowers, with a gentle note of citrus, with an aroma of pastries and ripe almond and a gentle note of shodo. Conclusion the taste is long, smooth, juicy, oily, sweet, and mineral right at the end.

Vinification process: After manual harvesting, the grapes are pressed and clarified using the flotation process. Controlled fermentation with yeasts in a stainless steel container continues. This is followed by maturation on the sediment.

Serving temperature: 9–12 °C.

Pairing with food: The wine goes perfectly with fish dishes.
