We want everyone to drink Malvasia. That is why we serve you this lively wine, which is very fresh, juicy, but with a complex balanced structure intended for easy drinking. It is made from organically grown grapes to which a minimum level of sulfur has been added. Wondering how the tannin level in Malvasia can be low and sensitive to the use of available sulfur? Cold grape must is inoculated with must prepared the day before, which stimulates the start of cold fermentation, and the wine is then kept unfiltered / cloudy until bottling – only then coarse filtration is used and the wine is kept fresh in the bottle with a screw cap.
