Malvazija Steras

The taste is dominated by fruity notes of strawberries and raspberries, but the prolonged maturation on fine lees in an oak barrel has left its mark on the bread crust and brioche. The aftertaste is long and fruity, but with a tendency to develop tertiary aromas, at the very end there are also spicy notes of tannins. Wine with a varied possibility of socializing with food, especially with more fatty sea and freshwater fish, crustaceans and shellfish, with feathered game, lamb and suckling pig on a spit, with grilled mushrooms or in sauce, with spaghetti in tomato sauce.
