The golden-yellow Malvasia of the middle body is fully ripe, with a full and complex taste in the mouth. The aromas of ripe yellow fruit and honey intertwine.
MALVASIA grapes come from our older vineyards, where growth is moderate and yields are low (30hl / ha). We cultivate the vineyards with great respect for nature. The wine matures for 12 months in wooden 20hl barrels together with 15% berry skins without flow and with frequent stirring.
Malvasia Sutor boasts its medium accentuated golden yellow color. Malvasia has aged for a year on lees in large used barrels, giving it a special virtue and complexity. The bouquet is softer but interesting. In the mouth, the wine has a stronger, fuller and more complex taste, with accentuated ripe acids. It goes well with white meat and has great potential for sides.
