Maturation: 18 months in barriques
Medium deep ruby colors. Intense on the nose, tar, smoke, ripe black fruit, a little on the gum. Dry in the mouth, the texture is softer, pleasant, tannins mature, medium body, moderate acids. It is a bit lacking in the middle phase, but it is a nice ripe, arranged merlot. With a nice longer decline.
Parring with food: venison, barbecue, steak.
