The grapes were macerated for 30 days with their own fungi, from grapes harvested in the pre-harvest. We poured the must with fine yeast into Slovenian oak barrels, where the wine developed its elegance without human touch.
It is deeply ruby in color. The tannins are velvety, the taste is very elegant, and the wine is clean, dense and long. The sip retains its aroma for a long time and disappears in pleasant taste sensations. Despite its large body, this Merlot has all the elements of nobility, which are reflected in the harmony of flavors, aromas in the appropriate appearance.
Recommended serving temperature 17-19 ° C.
Paring with food: aromatic dishes based on red meat, try it with goat cheese in blueberry sauce or in the company of aromatic pasta with spicy herbs.
