A rich red dry wine with a beautiful ruby - dark red color with light purple hues. Taste of plum, oak and cherry. Slight but peppery spices in the mouth. Fruity, with soft tannins. The pleasure for the eye is soon joined by a flower reminiscent of fragrant red fruits and berries. The red wine, which in its taste reflects all the varietal characteristics of a good merlot, is warm, bold and manly.
Pairing with food: beef, game, venison, prosciutto.
