The wine is of medium intensity, typically burgundy red, still youthful in color. The smell lasts and lasts, towards the end it gets the luxury of fruit compote, jam. The stunning bouquet takes us into the world of black currant, blackberry, blueberry, plum, black cherry and violet, joined by warm spicy notes of cinnamon, vanilla and cloves. The drops slowly descend down the wall of the glass and promise a luxurious body. It has an elegantly pleasant warmth and harmonious structure in the mouth, which has just the right dose of alcohol, acids and tannins. Fruit perceptions are predominant, but the mineral background gives them the stamp of “serious” wine. Leaving the mouth is slow and full of pleasure.
