The wine is opaque purple with a medium accentuated but variegated and youthful bouquet. The scent of red berries is intertwined with pleasant notes of spiciness. In the mouth we feel the delicate texture, juicy fruitiness of reddish forest fruits and light notes of black pepper, which express the varietal characteristic. It is dry, medium to full body, with lively but balanced acids, nice freshness and lower tannin content. A wine with a pleasant softness and a medium-long setting. Extremely drinkable wine that goes well with cured meat dishes, pizza, pasta.
