Medium deep amber color. The flower is accentuated, nutmeg, clear, defined. Also a bit of balsamic notes, spruce tops, ripening in the direction of honey. Dry in the mouth, tart and oily, a little like mushrooms, medium body with moderately high acids. A very good thing. With a long decline.
Pairing with food: pumpkin, lardo, pollen, poultry, grilled fish, steak.
