An extra dry sparkling wine. The name alone reveals that it is a very complex, well-aged wine, the finest. This wonderful dry wine is characterized by notes of lemon peel, boiled pears, toast, which originate from three years of lying on yeast, and the longevity of the bubbles. It is an excellent aperitif and also goes well with smoked fish appetizers.
