Ambrosia is produced using the méthode traditionnelle, maturing on yeast for at least 36 months.
The sparkling wine is typical gentle lime yellow in colour, characterized by fine bubbles and long-lasting sparkling foam.
The aromas that we find are quintessentially of Muscat, while even slightly spicy, which fascinate lovers of sweeter sparkling wines. The flavour indicates a nurtured sparkling wine which has matured on yeasts for a long time.
Sparkling wine keeps all the precious flavours of Muscat enriched with minerals acquired in our vineyards of Karst soil of terra rosa and flysch (marl). The vineyards are situated at the very edge of the Vipava Valley turning into Karst.
