Boris’s tip: Sweet with nice acidity. Made from žametna črnina-oldest grape in the world.

Penina od fare has light salmon colour, gentle and numerous bubbles. The smell is matured – gingerbread, yeasts, butter, dried flowers and red fruits. In the mouth the penina is sweet and has high acidity. The aftertaste is medium long.
