YELLOW MUSCAT is a popular variety in the Vipava Valley. The vines prefer the northern locations, as they originate from colder areas. At the Jamšek family, Yellow Muscat is a well-accepted variety of wine that can boast the most recognition at international competitions. That is why we decided to offer you this popular version of wine as a sparkling wine. Using the tank, charmat method, we were able to produce a fruit sparkling wine with a nice rich aftertaste. The sparkling wine is a gentle lemon color with gentle even bubbles. The aroma is fruity and reminiscent of tropical fruits (lychee, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit) and with the aroma of elderflower. The sparkling wine also contains a gentle yeast aroma of bread, which blends nicely with the sweet taste. The taste is rich and mineral, the freshness remains in the mouth long after tasting. This wine fits best with deserts and long night summer pool parties. Enjoy it!
