The classic method
Terra Rossanera sparkling wine, produced according to the classic method, is dry, ruby red in color, fresh, fruity and full-bodied, with a distinct and intense fruity and floral flavor and a very persistent perlage. Terra Rossanera (Sparkling wine), served at 6 to 8°C, is indispensable at banquets, parties and gatherings, as well as good and tasty homemade food.
The color is deep ruby. Bubbles are hard to see because of the deep color. The flower is more discreet, a little muted, it smells like dark red, black fruits, with some vivacity. It is dry in the mouth, the foaming is more abundant, we find more fruitiness than on the nose. Quite astringent for a sparkling wine, shorter, solid. The wine otherwise ages very slowly, it acts as if it is trapped in a time capsule due to the high acidity and some tannins, so it will last for some time.
