The classic method
Vitovska sparkling wine, produced according to the classic method, is dry, fresh and full-bodied, with a distinct and intense flavor and flowery and very persistent perlage. Vita (sparkling wine), served at 6 to 8°C, is indispensable at feasts, parties and gatherings, as well as good and tasty home-made food.
The color is a discreet golden yellow with finer bubbles. The flower has matured, we find balsamic notes of tree resin and vanilla. In the mouth it is dry, lighter, the taste is medium intense, the sensations from the nose are repeated in the mouth as well. The foaming in the mouth is quite generous, the acids are higher, the aftertaste is shorter. A well-made sparkling wine that should be sipped slowly.
Pairing with food: aperitif, sea food, desserts.
