Autochthonous white wine from Vipava valley. It is fresh and full of taste. Its aroma is mixed between fruits and owers. It is often called as the wine of the future, because it has been overlooked, but now again discovered by wine lovers.
Vinifcation: After being picked by hand, the grapes are macerated for 10 hours, and then pressed. The aging and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks for eight months and then the wine is bottled.
Color: Not intense, slightly green and yellow.
Aroma: Semi-powerful aroma of different tropical fruits.
Food: Pasta, white meat, fresh cheese, vegetable minestrone.
