The harvest for this Pinela took place on 19 September. 2020. According to the tradition of the Vipava Valley, fully ripe grapes were macerated for 5 days without temperature control. It ferments only with its own yeasts collected in the pre-harvest. It matured in a concrete egg for the first time in a year.
The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is moderately pointed, mature. The mouth is dry, medium-bodied, with a nice oily texture, aromas of herbs. fruits, flowers intertwine with each other. In the mouth calm, gentle, soft. Creates a warm harmony with dishes that combine vegetables and cheeses.
Very extractive, full, mineral with sophisticated spiciness. The wine has a calming effect, but it lasts and thus confirms its richness and uniqueness. Pinela, which despite its boldness and fullness, retains the perfect elegance of the variety. Undoubtedly, this is the wine of the main courses, special moments that are worth waiting for, because the wine in the glass is growing and growing. Nature proves once again that Pinela can be a masterpiece.
