Boris’s tip: Fresh white queen from Vipava valley. This one is little stronger than other pielas in region because of organic production.
The wine is a gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is medium accentuated, herbal, and smells a bit of dry grass. The wine is dry in the mouth, with an oily texture, medium body and higher acids. In the mouth, the initially somewhat shy pinela swells up nicely. Medium length.
