Variety: 100 % pinot grigio
Wine is smooth, rich in taste – fruity with a lot of refreshing impressions. Its dominating note is fresh melon, followed by summer pear, green apple and lemon skin notes.
The grapes are not crushed before pressing, the juice is stainless steel tank fermented, four months of active batonage, filtrated before bottling.
Paring with food: Recommended with all gently seasoned seafood, pastas and risottos, also well with white meat.
