Medium deep ruby colors with garnet shades. The flower has ripened. On the ground, undergrowth, apples, licorice. Nice, but not many varietal characteristics. Dry mouth, medium body. With a lower amount of tannins and a higher amount of acids. The wine has a nice intensity. The aroma of cherries predominates in the ripe bouquet. Maturation in wooden barrels gives the wine the softness of ripe and aged tannins and a warm, long decline.
Parring with food: It goes well with simple red meat dishes, cheese and some meaty fish (salmon, shark).
