Orange-yellow colour. The smell of dried apricot, chestnut honey, hay. The taste is full, rich and salty. Strong tannin and long aftertaste. Like all of Wizard Terpin’s wines, it eschews definition and demands that you experience on your own tangue.
Pairing with food: Goes well with duck food, white meat, vegetable risottos. It is especially suitable for Soška trout, seafood dishes and freshwater fish. It can also be drunk as an aperitif.
