Mulit red is one of the first wines from the wine-growing area of ​​Goriško Brda, which was presented as an excellent wine. The merlot variety represents the largest part of the composition of red Mulit. Both merlot and cabernet sauvignon have a tradition in Goriĕke Brdy. As a representative of modern culture, Shiraz is still consolidating its roots.

Harvest time as an important factor in grape maturity varies from harvest to harvest, so maturity parameters must be monitored regularly. On average, the first week in October is the most suitable time for harvesting Merlot, and a week later Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz reach optimal maturity. After harvesting, a separate maceration (boiling in contact with the skin) of the grapes takes place. Further boiling takes place in stainless steel containers. At the first flow, the wine is poured into 225l of soda of French origin. Aging takes place in barrels for two years. Before the wine is offered to the market, it matures for a year in the bottle.
