After the harvest of a perfectly healthy and very ripe grape, the wine was macerated for about 20 days in home-made oak barrels. The fermentation took place with its own yeasts, at an uncontrolled temperature, and the wine then matured in these barrels for less than a year.
It is a deep golden yellow color, grapefruit on the nose, lime also acacia flower. Fruity in the mouth, fresh and at the same time rich with pleasant tannins in the background and a long aftertaste.
The recommended serving temperature is 12-14 ° C
Food paring: We recommend it with grilled fish or from the oven, all white meat.
