The Rhenish Riesling “Pajk” is the king among the white wines in the Jug cellar, because its vines grow best on the noble Styrian soil. It is characterized by its golden yellow color, freshness, drinkability and oily texture. When we smell it, we feel distinct fruity scents. Tasting Rhenish Riesling creates a fantasy of fruit flavors for us, as threads of vineyard peach, apricot, lemon and linden blossoms intertwine. Rhenish Riesling is the finishing touch to a variety of both local and world cuisine. For the real magic of flavors, the wine is suitably chilled to be served between 8 and 12 degrees C.
