Ribolla Gialla by Franco Terpin originates from the ponka of San Floriano del Collio and, after three years of rest between wood, steel and bottle, gives to the drinker all its territorial soul. Sea breezes, rock, dried apricot, chestnut honey and hay on the nose and dense, persuasive and salty in the mouth, animated by vibrant tannins and amazing length. Wine made with old style artisanal methods
Orange-yellow ribs. The smell of dried apricot, chestnut honey, hay and breeze. The taste is full, rich and salty. Strong tannin and long aftertaste. Like all of Terpin’s wizard wines, drinking it transports you to another world, where tradition meets creative madness.
Pairing with food: Goes well with duck food, white meat, vegetable risottos. It is especially suitable for Soška trout, seafood dishes and freshwater fish. It can also be drunk as an aperitif.
