Rebula and yellow muscat grapes are picked at full maturity and dried in wooden boxes. After 6 months, the concentrated must is squeezed out of it, from which sweet wine is formed. Wine with high acidity and sugar, dried fruits, apricots, raisins, candied citrus, oily texture, very dense harmonious, beautiful acidity.
Food: Fruit pies, fruit cakes.
