Sauvignon is a pale golden yellow with golden hues. The nose is typical of elderberry, dry herbs but it is harmonious and elegant. It convinces in the mouth with varietal aroma and long aftertaste. Sauvignon Bought does not play on the popular intensity of the variety and the accentuated herbal notes. It prefers a slightly ripe, but still fresh, slightly restrained aromas that are varied and recognizably varietal. It is a wine that will easily last half a decade or more. As it is not extremely aromatic, it goes well with food. We recommend it with dishes with asparagus, salads, pasta with tomato sauce and other dishes where vegetables are an important ingredient.
