Šipon is a pale lemon-yellow color with golden hues. Calm, gentle but varied fruit aromas with balanced lively and ripe acids. It goes well with fish dishes. It can be a nice aperitif, especially in slightly colder vintages. It goes well with fish dishes and raw fish such as carpaccio and sushi. In Styria, it will be served with tünka meat or with a stew.
